No. AbraTax cannot submit a Self Assessment return without your Government Gateway credentials.
To submit electronically, you need the correct Government Gateway user ID and password for your Self Assessment account. If you cannot recover your credentials, you may need to speak to HMRC or ask an accountant to submit on your behalf.
AbraTax can only submit once the correct HMRC login details are available.
