How do I enable MTD in Abratax and connect to HMRC as a agent?

You connect by authorising AbraTax on HMRC as an agent (Agent Services Account connection). Once permission is granted, AbraTax marks the connection as active, and you can proceed with submissions. 

Details:

1. Open AbraTax and go to Agents, then select MTD Income Tax for Agents.

2. Register and open the Income Tax dashboard.

3. Open Settings or use the Agent Services Account connection link shown on the page.

4. Select MTD Income Tax, enter your Agent Services Account number, and continue.

5. Sign in to HMRC when redirected and give permission for AbraTax.

6. Return to AbraTax and confirm the agent connection is active.
