If your MTD submission fails, it is usually due to a temporary HMRC issue rather than a problem with your data. If all your details are correct and the error persists, the AbraTax support team can help investigate.
- Check that your UTR, National Insurance number, accounting period, and uploaded CSV file are correct.
- Make sure the file was created using the AbraTax template and saved in CSV format.
- Try submitting again in case the issue was temporary.
- If the error continues, email support@abratax.co.uk using the email address linked to your AbraTax account.
- The AbraTax team will review the error response and guide you on how to resolve it.
